Our skillful coating-master Mr. Furukawa Katsunori uses this “Hana-nuri” technique and creates a mirror-like surface without polishing it. To accentuate its black mirror beauty from the Hana-nuri surface, Aizu flat keeps the formation simple. By using the deep-black 24cm square plate as its primary piece, you can add other plates of; different sizes, heights, colors, and materials. A couple of plates put together would be used as a personal plate, and all ten plates put together can be used as a party plate. If you fill the table with more plates, it would be one gigantic plate where you would not be able to differentiate the line between yours and theirs.
